The lies shadowing American politics are a mole hill compared to the dizzying mountains of the same towering above Israel-Palestine. They will make your head spin if you’re not prepared to face them. As much as either side might want to suggest otherwise, both are guilty. Both sides see these lies as necessary evils to combat the lies of the opposition and in so doing support what they see as a bigger truth. The irony of course is that American lies as far as they concern the Middle East are deeply entrenched in and intertwined with Israel, and as expansionist aggressors, US-Israel is in the process of exposing itself as the bigger body of lies and deceit by orders of magnitude.
You can’t claim to be an unbiased truth seeker if you only see one side of every issue, then repeat the most rhetorical version of events from the perspective of that side. This is of course what the media of both sides do. Israel and its apologists however are on the verge of breaking point as the world witnesses their disregard for human life in pursuit of their illegitimate goals. There’s no other way to sugar coat it for “neutrals”.
Calling Israel a settler colonial project is somewhat banal but technically true if America is the colonizer and Israel the settler. Nevertheless, Jews have been living in the area for long enough that they warrant a presence, but what does that have to do with a nation state called Israel? At this point, being impartial starts to become impossible because you’re not dealing with reasonable people. A basic question cannot be given a straight, truthful answer by a Zionist zealot. Their house of cards is so fragile that they’re absolutely livid if even a little bit of the truth of the Palestine-Israel conflict is exposed.
“International Law” is a joke, and the joke is on Israelis and Palestinians alike, but also on American nationalists critical of globalism as a threat to American “independence” i.e. hegemony. The very idea of international law in a contemporary sense is very much American in origin. America helped establish the UN and has veto on its security council. So when American Zionist hasbara apologists cry about the world actually noticing Israeli genocide attempts, it rings hollow.
Apartheid in Israel is not directly comparable to that of 20th century America and South Africa because the Israeli version isn’t based exclusively on race: obedience is a key component that allows non-Jews some rights. Yet for many it’s still worse than South African, nevermind American, apartheid. Much like the Uyghurs in China, Arabs within Israel proper are de facto second-class citizens and aren’t allowed free speech. They are muted, docile sheep, conditioned to repeat Israeli propaganda. Be assured that they use the same kind of “education” camps that China and the Soviets have made famous: i.e. brainwashing facilities meant to wipe their memories clean of the atrocities enacted on their people by the Israeli establishment. And for as long as Palestine has been occupied by Israel as part of what can technically be called “Greater Israel” for this purpose, Palestinian citizens have been dehumanized. Of course, it’s now much worse than that: they’re being openly genocided in full view of the entire world (death count alone doesn’t define “genocide” but check the counted, uncounted, and indirect deaths as of this writing: by any sane measure this is a genocide in progress).
Despite Israel’s constant attempts to censor independent journalism and political dissent, information keeps leaking out, exposing their narrative for what it is: weak and unhinged. Palestinians in both Gaza and the more subtly ethnically cleansed West Bank can be arrested for no reason other than being Palestinian or defending themselves against violent attacks. These wrongfully incarcerated Palestinians, along with actual offenders alike, are then all referred to as “prisoners” while Israeli captives are always called “hostages” even if they’re actual prisoners of war. This is no surprise in light of an actual genocide in Gaza (even ignoring conservative death count estimates, genocidal intent is clearly shown) but it sheds more light on what has been happening before 10/7 for years and decades.
Double speak abounds in the Police State of Israel. It’s the anniversary of what has been called the biggest slaughter of civilians in Israel’s short history. But what is an Israeli civilian? A likely brainwashed individual subject to forced conscription in exchange for their “right of return” and “right to steal Palestinian property” privileges. There are exemptions to this, but the festival “revelers” on October 7th were likely all reservists for the Israeli “defense” force. Off duty and supposedly unarmed but soldiers by Israeli standards (partying near a concentration camp while the inmates of Gaza suffer, but whatever). Flip the lens and a Palestinian resistance fighter (with no prior knowledge of the festival and on high alert having just broken into enemy territory) would look at these civilian soldiers the same way the world sees them: as “terrorists”.
This act of “terror” has been likened to the Warsaw Ghetto Uprising, mainly by anti-Zionist Jews, which of course is “blasphemy” to Zionist ears but remember what a Zionist is: a basic racist who wants to establish an ethno-nationalist state by any means necessary (with no shyness at all for bloodletting). Also: a moron who conflates a modern nation state with their complete and utter lack of understanding of a spiritual nation.
Zionist reaction to global sympathy for Palestine is always the same: “don’t start a war you can’t win.” In other words, don’t fight back. “How dare these animals fight back when we told them not to. How dare they show any courage whatsoever in spite of our systematic efforts to dehumanize them.” Everyone exposed to enough information knows who the real animals are.
Par exemple, they allow themselves to intentionally kill their own people to avoid hostage negotiations under the Hannibal directive. This happened on October 7th. No this isn’t just a pro-Palestine narrative anymore. It’s plain, undisputed fact and like so many of the most illicit examples of Israeli hypocrisy and barbarity, the source of information is Israeli or otherwise Jewish, whether it be an Israeli defector, a non-Israeli Jew that clearly sees what Israel is or a brave Jewish/European political soldier of resistance within Israel itself.
As Israel casts its delusional eye on Middle Eastern expansion, it’s also important to remember it can’t be doing any of this without its sugar daddy. America’s willingness however to cede to Israel’s demands clouds the issue and makes it unclear who the dominant daddy really is. These forays into “Greater Outer Israel” are all for show. A distraction from the genocide and ethnic cleansing in Palestine but also from the growing seeds of malcontent from its own citizens within its own delusional borders. Zionists and Israelis put on a brave face for the world but internally they are in disarray and perpetually one event away from an existential crisis.
When all else fails for Israeli apologists, the last resort is always “our people have the right of return”. Sorry to burst your fantastical bubble but “your people” are mostly mixed Europeans who can barely prove their Jewish ancestry. Even for those who are “100%” Jewish, their links to the ancient Israelites are tenuous at best. This line of reasoning is even weaker when you consider who the actual indigenous people of the land really are. Canaanites? Akkadians? Assyrians? Egyptians? Ghassulians? By Zionist logic it should be given to any and every one who has traces of the earliest of these genetic lineages. Prehistory is the bane of accepted “history”.
“Don’t start a war you can’t win.” Complete lack of self-awareness from expansionist Zionists? Oh no, never. The chosen people would never lie, not even to themselves. Wink.
The chosen people? More like the murderous imposter scum of the earth. Zionists put the Nazi in Ashkenazi. How could you defend and apologize for decades of abuse and dehumanization and then be “shocked” that the victims and their allies fight back with such furor? Cry me a river to the sea.
