19. Le Petit Tourette (Season 11, Episode 08)

Cartman loses all restraint and is at wits end praying for a miracle before he’s bailed out by his old pal.

A big excuse to revel in as many permutations of swear words as possible, the storytelling and the conclusion to the narrative of this episode was, much like the rest of season 11, the key to its brilliance, while the comic timing is comedic clockwork.
