In classic early South Park fashion, the central narrative is just a foil for gags and interesting but often incomplete or half-baked B stories, though no one cares about these technicalities because the comedy shines through it. Also, an up yours to Ayn Rand’s Objectivism and a great send-up of Fox’s Cops (like most South Park parodies, this one is more homage or tribute than ridicule).
